POP Pilates for Beginners - Total Body Workout (28mins)
So I thought I’d start today with this, even though I’ve done quite a few of the other videos before. I’ve had a bad back for a long time so learning things properly is important.
I found this pretty easy, like a really long warm up
but definatley worth doing :)
